SHIPPING

We ship worldwide!  We are happy to ship to any destination.

Australia Post
We use Australia Post for National and International Delivery areas.
Shipping is based on the weight and dimensions of your parcel. 

Where possible, we may ship using Pre-paid (Regular Parcel Post) or (Express Post) satchels to save you time and money.  Your shipping cost will be displayed in checkout

International Delivery
We only use Air Mail for countries outside Australia. Shipping costs will be calculated and shown at Checkout.

 

REFUNDS

At Yarn Over, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, we will happily refund your money. Conditions will apply
To obtain your refund, please follow these conditions carefully:

1.  Email us:  sales@yarnover.com.au to discuss your return
2.  Once an agreement has been made, return your purchase in the original packaging (if possible), and unused (yarn labels must be intact).  If the return of the item is at your choice, then you are responsible for return postage costs.
3.  Return your purchase within two weeks from the date of your order was received. 

CONDITIONS OF RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We are under no obligation to refund you if you simply change your mind. If this is the reason AND/OR you have ordered incorrectly a 10% Re-stocking Fee will be applied before refund.
You will be refunded in the manner in which you paid for your order.

1.  PayPal will be refunded to your account through the Paypal system

2.  Payments by Direct Bank Deposit will be returned to your account, minus $1 processing fee.

3.  Payments by Money Order will be returned by Money Order, minus a $2.50 processing fee. 

Sorry, no refunds on Clearance or Seconds/Discontinued stock
